Project Fit

Let’s see if your project and Glorixia are the right fit.

Tell me what you are building, what the website needs to accomplish, and when it needs to launch. I’ll use your answers to determine the most useful next step—not force you into a generic sales call.

Is this your next step?

Use Project Fit when the project is becoming real.

You do not need every detail finalized. You should have a real goal, someone who can approve the work, and a willingness to make a reasonable investment in the result.

Project Fit is right for you if…

  • You are launching or improving a real business, event, campaign, creator platform, or organization.
  • You know the main action visitors should take—book, buy, register, donate, inquire, or engage.
  • You have a target timeline or important launch date, even if it is flexible.
  • You are involved in the decision or can bring the decision-maker into the process.
  • You are prepared to discuss a realistic project investment.

Start with the Scorecard if…

  • You are still deciding whether you need a website or what it should accomplish.
  • You want useful feedback before discussing a project.
  • You are gathering ideas but do not yet have a timeline or decision process.
  • You need help identifying the biggest gaps in your current digital presence.

A clear next step

No open-ended consultation. No maze of options.

The information you share allows the first conversation to be specific, useful, and focused on whether Glorixia can create the right outcome.

Step 01

Share the project

Answer focused questions about the goal, audience, action, assets, timeline, and investment.

Step 02

Michael reviews it

I review the submission personally and identify questions, risks, and the most likely project direction.

Step 03

Schedule the fit call

Qualified projects receive the 20-minute call link. We clarify needs, fit, scope, timing, and the desired outcome.

Step 04

Get one recommendation

If the fit is strong, you receive one recommended package and a clear proposal—not a confusing menu of add-ons.

Investment guide

Know the general range before you submit.

Final pricing depends on scope, content, integrations, and launch support. These ranges are included to make the conversation more transparent—not to prescribe a package before understanding the project.

Focused launch

Launch Page Sprint

$1,500–$2,250

A conversion-focused page for an event, offer, campaign, launch, or clearly defined action.

Creator platform

Creator HQ

$3,000–$5,000

A central home for content, booking, email growth, audience resources, merchandise, or partnerships.

Connected campaign

Event / Campaign Site

$3,500–$6,500

A larger system for tickets, registration, donations, schedules, sponsors, vendors, updates, or annual reuse.

Larger connected websites, original photography or video, complex integrations, and ongoing growth support are scoped separately. If your budget is below these ranges, the Website Action Scorecard can still give you a useful place to begin.

Tell me about the project

Give the first conversation a useful starting point.

Specific answers help me prepare. You do not need polished copy or a finished plan—plain language is better than guessing what sounds impressive.

Helpful before you begin
  • Your primary goal or launch
  • The action visitors should take
  • Your existing website, brand, and content
  • Your target date and investment range

Your information is used only to evaluate and respond to your project inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or reserve a launch date.

After you submit

You will know what happens next.

1

Immediate confirmation

Tally confirms that the submission was received and explains the next step for your situation.

2

Personal review

I review the project goal, action path, existing assets, timeline, decision process, and budget alignment.

3

A specific response

You receive the fit-call link when appropriate, or a clearer recommendation if another starting point would serve you better.

Project Fit FAQ

A few answers before you begin.

Does submitting this form commit me to a project?

No. The Project Fit Check helps both sides determine whether a conversation makes sense. A project begins only after a proposal, agreement, and required deposit are completed.

What if I do not know exactly what I need?

You do not need a finished specification. Explain what you are trying to accomplish, what is currently getting in the way, and what visitors should be able to do. If the project is still too early to scope, the Website Action Scorecard or a personal audit may be the better next step.

Will I receive a calendar link immediately?

The calendar comes after qualification so the call can remain focused and useful. Projects that align with Glorixia’s services, timing, and general investment range receive access to the 20-minute fit call.

What happens during the 20-minute fit call?

We clarify the project goal, current problem, desired visitor action, content and tool needs, timing, decision process, budget alignment, and the strongest next step. If the fit is right, Glorixia recommends one clear package for the proposal.

What if my project has a fixed event or launch date?

Include the exact date and note whether tickets, registration, donations, preorders, or promotion must begin earlier. Availability and content readiness matter, so submitting early creates more options.

Can an existing website or platform be improved?

Yes. Include the current link and platform in the form. Glorixia will consider whether focused improvements, new integrations, a campaign page, or a full rebuild creates the strongest long-term result.
